Alok Equipments Pvt. Ltd. has been fabricating process equipment for Indian and multi-nationals since 1993. What began as a small job shop in Bhosari is today a multi-unit operation with over thousands of equipments delivered into chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, food, dairy, and personal care plants.
We are ISO 9001:2015 certified by TUV, and our work is routinely inspected and released by leading third-party inspection agencies. Equipment is designed and fabricated, in materials ranging from austenitic stainless steels through Titanium, Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, Duplex and explosion-clad combinations. We manufacture shell and tube heat exchangers, pressure vessels (simple, jacketed, dimpled jacketed and limpeted), storage silos and tanks, process and distillation columns, and cladded vessels and reactors. Everything is built to customer specification - we do not sell from a standard catalogue.
SS304, SS304L, SS316L, SS316, SS317L, SS317, SS904L, Alloy 825, SS310S; Hastelloy C22, Hastelloy C276; Nickel Alloys; Titanium Grade 1 and 2; Inconel; Monel; Duplex and Super Duplex; Cupronickel; Aluminum; and a wide range of explosion-clad combinations.
Equipment is designed and fabricated to ASME Section VIII Div. 1, TEMA, API and ASTM standards. Work is routinely inspected and released by third-party agencies including DNV, TUV, BVIS, Lloyds Register and Jacobs.
Alok Equipments was established in 1993. We have delivered more than 10000 pieces of equipment across ten-plus industries, and over 90% of our order book is repeat business from existing clients.
We operate three units near Pune. Unit 1 is at EL 31/2, J-Block, MIDC Bhosari, Pune 411026. Units 2 and 3 are side by side at Plot No. 12 & 13, Village Kuruli, Taluka Khed, Pune 410501.
